Just finished Nelson De Mille's Wild Fire - good mystery, and love the wisecracks.

1. Turning Point by Fritzjof Capra (I think I misspelled his first name).
2. Elmore Leonard's book "Swag".
3. Andy Warhol's Autobiography.

The best book ever is by Nelson De Mille called The Gold Coast.

And then I'd have to say Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged.

And then anything by Tom Robbins, especially "Even Cowgirls get the Blues" and "Jitterbug Perfume".

The second best thing to going to Italy is reading "Eat, Pray, Love: A womans search for everything in Italy, India and Indonesia". I have just arrived in Tuscany and will be here for three months. Between the travel challenges, jetlag, and trying to learning the language, believe it or not, the beginning of my trip has proved to be very overwhelming. This amazing book was recommended to me a day before I left California and it truly has been so comforting and encouraging to me. The author tells of her time in Italy, India and Indonesia and in her book I have read many things that I relate to in terms of what I am going through now. Every woman should read this book; it is funny, insightful and so incredibly touching.
