We are the ultimate in comfort and fall food. We own a German Restaurant in Central New Hampshire and mainly serve comfort food. We serve Dutch, German, and American home cooked cuisine. I always say the best chocolate is the one you enjoy the most. I say this because I own Chatham's Fine Chocolates in Scottsdale, Arizona. We carry individual truffles by B.T. McElrath, Ghyslain, Amedei, Neuhaus, Nirvana, Chocolat Moderne, Lille Belle Farms, Charles Chocolates, Wen Chocolates, Michel Cluizel, Le Grand Confectionary, Knipschildt Chocolatier, Xocoatl and others.

For me, the greatest reward is seeing all of the awesome American chocolatiers being so creative. They have bold and interesting flavors: several with Chili, lots of herbs (Rosemary, Cardamom, Lemon Verbena), different teas.

We started this business for two reasons. First, we were frustrated chocoholics and wanted great chocolate. Second, we knew there were great artisan chocolatiers out there and that they needed someone with a big mouth to tell the world about them.

Here's my quick 'n easy banana cream "pie" recipe: I take half a low-fat graham cracker & spread it w/nutella (or not) then top that w/some instant sugar-free pudding banana flavor (of course) then top that w/fresh sliced bananas, repeat one more time ending w/whipped cream on top & a sliced banana for pretty. This hardly takes any time but taste & looks like it did. Its creamy, crispy & sweet!

I recently had a pomegranate martini at the Barnstormer in Monmouth, IL that I would love to find the recipe for...
Of course it had pomegranate, not sure what else. There were green sugar sprinks on the glass with a strawberry garnish. It was awesome!

How about large empty frames hung from the inside, and window stenciling advertising your premier services. Lighted from the bottom will create drama and a beautiful night look also - sure to catch the eye of potential customers.

Hey Guys and Gals. Here is a great spin on a favorite martini. I've come across feta cheese stuffed olives. Try it!

2 parts GG vodka
1 part olive juice
2-3 Feta stuffed olives
swirl a touch of vermouth in the glass and discard.

enjoy!

The feta olives are packed in olive oil and when they hit the vodka the oil adds flavor and the feta cheese becomes creamy in the martini, also adding flavor.

Feta is betta!
