We own a German Restaurant in Central New Hampshire and mainly serve comfort food. We serve Dutch, German, and American home cooked cuisine. Being in New England it is easy to enjoy them. Check out the recipe page on our website and let me know if you try any.

- Robert Graf
comment117439@http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/ Wed, 26 Sep 2007 15:33:55 -0500 Comment on "Are you Connected?" by Julie http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/archive/2007/05/are_you_connect.html#comments
650!!! I say this because I own Chatham's Fine Chocolates in Scottsdale, Arizona. We carry individual truffles by B.T. McElrath, Ghyslain, Amedei, Neuhaus, Nirvana, Chocolat Moderne, Lille Belle Farms, Charles Chocolates, Wen Chocolates, Michel Cluizel, Le Grand Confectionary, Knipschildt Chocolatier, Xocoatl and others.

For me, the greatest reward is seeing all of the awesome American chocolatiers being so creative. They have bold and interesting flavors: several with Chili, lots of herbs (Rosemary, Cardamom, Lemon Verbena), different teas.

We started this business for two reasons. First, we were frustrated chocoholics and wanted great chocolate. Second, we knew there were great artisan chocolatiers out there and that they needed someone with a big mouth to tell the world about them.

BTW: our website should be live by July 20, 2007. The address is www.ChathamsFineChocolates.com

Chocolate is always better when it's shared with someone you love!!

- Chatham
comment072975@http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/ Thu, 12 Jul 2007 20:15:25 -0500 Comment on "What's your favorite Fine Living Show?" by Art Phan http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/archive/2007/02/whats_your_favo.html#comments
I own the original of Harwood Benton's "Morning Coffee", and "second" the thought that you might feature his work on your Modern Masters series.

Kauai! This hardly takes any time but taste & looks like it did. Its creamy, crispy & sweet!

- claudia
comment064176@http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/ Sun, 17 Jun 2007 14:03:10 -0500 Comment on "Are you Connected?" by Jose Jimenez http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/archive/2007/05/are_you_connect.html#comments
654 NIiiiiicee...

- Jose Jimenez
comment064065@http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/ Sun, 17 Jun 2007 01:44:42 -0500 Comment on "Are you Connected?" by Patty D http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/archive/2007/05/are_you_connect.html#comments
Love the game, just the red dots go a little haywire after awhile.

- Patty D
comment063921@http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/ Sat, 16 Jun 2007 12:16:37 -0500 Comment on "Are you Connected?" by sharon b http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/archive/2007/05/are_you_connect.html#comments
i am soooooooo excited i just got 562. i play this all the time and love this game.

- sharon b
comment063770@http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/ Fri, 15 Jun 2007 18:53:02 -0500 Comment on "Are you Connected?" by Jared http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/archive/2007/05/are_you_connect.html#comments
I got 594!

NOT BAD FOR A COLORBLIND GUY! There were green sugar sprinks on the glass with a strawberry garnish. It was awesome!

- Renee W
comment063689@http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/ Fri, 15 Jun 2007 11:48:59 -0500 Comment on "Are you Connected?" by Elisa from Guatemala http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/archive/2007/05/are_you_connect.html#comments
My new record... 748!!! Lighted from the bottom will create drama and a beautiful night look also - sure to catch the eye of potential customers.

- Nicolette
comment063529@http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/ Thu, 14 Jun 2007 21:56:00 -0500 Comment on "Are you Connected?" by Pat http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/archive/2007/05/are_you_connect.html#comments
I finally got 746!!

- Pat
comment063505@http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/ Thu, 14 Jun 2007 20:04:55 -0500 Comment on "Fine Martini" by T. Lamberg http://blogs.fineliving.com/fine/fineline/archive/2007/01/fine_martini.html#comments
Hey Guys and Gals. Here is a great spin on a favorite martini. I've come across feta cheese stuffed olives. Try it!

2 parts GG vodka
1 part olive juice
2-3 Feta stuffed olives
swirl a touch of vermouth in the glass and discard.

enjoy!

The feta olives are packed in olive oil and when they hit the vodka the oil adds flavor and the feta cheese becomes creamy in the martini, also adding flavor.

Feta is betta!

- T.
